Shipping policy

Order delivery timeline will include both processing time (the printing and packaging of your order) and shipping time, based on the shipping speed you selected at checkout.

Processing Time:

Processing times for printed materials may vary, depending on the time of year that an order is placed. 

During periods of normal order volume, orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Large orders over 30 books may take additional processing time.

Production times can be faster or slower depending on sales or during new launches. If you need your books for a specific time frame, we recommend reaching out to support@fullysurrendered.com for a more precise timeline.

Shipping policy:
 

Please note that the shipping times quoted at checkout apply only once the order is received by the courier
. Once an item is shipped, we do not have control over when your materials will arrive or what happens to the package after it leaves our warehouse. 

Shipping prices may not always show up correctly. If your shipping price seems high, send us an email or know that excessive overages will be refunded. 

On occasion, shipping may be more than what you were charged. If the difference is more than $10 you may receive an invoice for the additional cost. 

You will receive a notification with a tracking link when your order has shipped. 

Once you receive your order, please inspect the contents fully, for accuracy. If there is a problem with what you received, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of your order and include the following information:

      • A photo of the packing slip
      • Photos of the issue you are emailing about
      • A photo of all box contents

Each situation will be evaluated and dealt with on a case by case basis.

Buyer is responsible for any courier duties, taxes, or brokerage fees to ensure your package arrives.

Packages returned to sender:

      • If it's an error out of either of our control, we will pay to get it back to us and the customer will be responsible for paying to re-ship.       

      • If there was an error with the shipping address provided to us or a customer refuses or misses delivery and therefore initiates a return, the customer is held responsible for the return and re-ship costs.
